PokémonGoMenorca is a personal, non-profit project made by and for the community of Pokémon GO players in Menorca. It offers companion tools (a gym map, medal and objective tracking, raid information, a personal Pokédex and trading) and places for players on the island to find each other.

Access is free. Nothing is sold, no advertising is shown, and users' data is never traded.

This is an independent, UNOFFICIAL fan project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc.

Pokémon, Pokémon GO and all other game names, trademarks, logos and imagery belong to their respective owners and are used here for informational and descriptive purposes only, in the context of a player community. If a rights holder believes any content should not be published, they may write to the contact address and it will be removed.

The code, design, original texts and structure of the site belong to its owner, except as stated above, except for third-party material identified as such, and subject to the qualification in the following paragraph regarding items generated with artificial intelligence.

Some of the site's original graphic elements — specifically the logo and the header image — were created using generative artificial intelligence tools. This is stated for transparency: they are illustrations and a graphic mark, not depictions of real people, places or events.

Game data (gyms, Pokémon, moves, raid bosses) comes from public and community sources and belongs to its respective owners.

Content contributed by users (gym suggestions, meetups, trade listings) remains theirs; publishing it grants only the permission needed to display it within the site, as detailed in the terms of use.

Using the site means accepting this legal notice, the terms of use and the privacy policy. Users undertake to use the site lawfully and not to damage, overload or disrupt its normal operation.

The site is provided “as is”. Much of its information is maintained by the community and may contain errors, become outdated or not match the actual state of the game. Uninterrupted availability and data accuracy are not guaranteed, and no liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of that data.

Meetups are in-person gatherings organised by users, not by the site owner. Everyone takes part at their own risk.

The site may link to third-party pages whose content is outside our control.

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts designated by law; where the user acts as a consumer, to the courts of their domicile.

This notice may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
